    Thanks so much and I enjoyed listening to Kasia. It brought back so many memories of the training that I received at the Joslin Clinic years ago that involved the meditation on eating one raisin. I was in a group and it was amazing the things people noticed about taste, texture, size, swallowing, chewing, etc. It was a great tool and life-long lesson on the fact that if we slow down, we can recognize and appreciate event the smallest amount.
